The main house boasts 2 King bedrooms and 2 full baths, a cozy loft with pullout daybed, and a sunroom with futon for sleeping. The cottage has an additional bathroom, a queen room downstairs, and twins and a futon upstairs in a bedroom + loft.
House 1: Brewster Beach House
Welcome to the Brewster Beach House, a comfortable, newly renovated house (2020) and cottage in historic Brewster, where there’s room for everyone to spread out and relax.
Adjacent to conservation land and a small pond, on a private lane near 6A and Brewster Fish House, the house and cottage sleep 12. Point of Rocks beach is a .8 mi walk, and the Brewster Store (and Brewster Scoops) is a pretty walk from our street down historic Main St.
You’ll love the proximity to the beach and Brewster’s favorite places, while feeling like you’re truly away from it all on this one acre wooded lot surrounded by conservation land and nature in a quiet neighborhood.
The main house is open year-round, and the cottage, just steps away, is open seasonally for you and your extended family or friends to enjoy a beach getaway together.
House 2: The Greenland Pond House
The house at Greenland Pond is a 3 bed, 2 full bath house and sleeps 8. Steps from Greenland Pond in the private Beachwood Landing neighborhood, it has swimming and boating access to Greenland and Long Ponds. Bring your kayaks, canoe or paddleboard and enjoy the local ponds, or take a short drive to one of Brewster’s beautiful beaches, known to locals as the Brewster Flats during low tide (where you can walk for miles!)
Completely renovated in 2022, the house welcomes guests with a modern, well equipped eat-in kitchen, a large living room, and patio with plenty of space for dining and sitting around the fire pit in the evening. There’s a finished basement with additional sleeping space in addition to a King room, Queen room, and bunk (twin over double and with a trundle).

The entire property is ideal...plenty of room to be together, while the home allows everyone to have their own space, if desired. The renovation was done with great thought and high-end materials.....such a comfortable environment that is convenient to biking and beaches, as well as any other vacation amenity the Cape offers.
